Thank you for commenting and I agree, I am also in sync with Jo’s comments. Being bold and putting yourself out there are characteristics of a leader. The concepts that Seth Godin shares in this video will leverage that leadership into real change.

Jo – I love the idea of discovering your passion, attracting and large group of like minded people, and creating an environment for them to thrive. The fact that we may come up against some resistance, or pull from traditional ideas likely means that we are engaged in a worthwhile pursuit.

Very interesting video…Going with what Jo has said, you can’t be a leader if you’re content with the way things are going. Leaders are those who are not afraid to get out of their comfort zone. Remember that success is not by chance, it is by CHOICE!

I always find conversations with Seth Godin interesting as I am sure many people do! One thing that really stands out for me with leaders is their passion and desire to bring about change in whatever they are doing and to not be afraid to put themselves out there and challenge the staus quo.

I’ve realised in my own business and whatever I do, that its important to challenge and prompt conversations to will eventually lead to change.
