Tim Linden the owner of StartXchange and Traffic Exchange List has allot to smile about as he has revealed a fresh new re-design and approaches 10,000 subscribers to his niche leading blog. I am always drawn to quality content coupled with great design and Tim’s blog delivers both. The focus of the blog is traffic exchanges and regardless if you are a novice marketer or established guru, you will find relevant content on Tim’s blog and comments from many leaders in the traffic exchange industry.

Worldprofit Review and Recommendation

I love leveraged business models and I have used them to build my brand, grow my list and drive traffic to my websites. I recently identified May 29, 2008 as the date I first discovered viral marketing when I was introduced to the company Worldprofit. I had joined Worldprofit as a trail member at the suggestion of my friend and marketer Connie Clark and spent about a month dabbling with the system. I do not recall why I didn’t chose to continue as a member of Worldprofit and can only recall that I was deeply involved in an offline marketing effort to build a traditional MLM company and was likely stretched too thin or so I must have thought.

Recently I became intrigued by Worldprofit as I am continually looking for resources and tools to further grow what has now become a full-time online business. So, I decided to take another look and I was a little surprised by what I found.

I invested a few days observing one of the most unique aspects of Worldprofit, which is their 24/7 live business center where monitors help close the prospects of the members. I had this playing in the background in an attempt to get a feel for how things are going at Worldprofit. I was impressed and decided to really do my homework and consider adding it in my business funnel.

I came online in 1995 fairly early the general use phase of the Internet. Back then getting a great premium dot com domain name wasn’t a problem and those who had the foresight to understand the importance of “keyword phrases” and snap up very valuable virtual real estate. Now what?

Crowd Sourcing: 5 List Building Strategies for Your Blog

One of the biggest mistakes I see newsletter and e-zine publishers making is writing about non-congruent topics that their readers may not be interested in. Sourcing a crowd of loyal readers requires a certain sensitivity to why your readers chose to subscribe in the first place – what was your promise?

I recommend surveying your readers from time to time and rewarding them for taking the time to respond with a high value e-book, audio file or video. Provide a few topics that you are thinking about publishing on and ask them for suggestions of the topics they are hoping to learn more about by being a subscriber to your list. This will provide a sense of ownership among your readers and you will inspire a sense of community among your subscribers.
